History of Holistic Massage
Massage is an ancient practice dating back as far back as 3,000 BC.Chinese, Japanese, Hindus and Greek are all recorded. Massage involves manipulation of soft tissues and muscles. It acts to restore balance, to the musculoskeletal system often impaired by repetitive tasks,of every day life, leading to pain and discomfort. Holistic derives from the Greek word (HOLS) meaning (WHOLE). Holistic or Intuitive massage differs from from traditional Swedish massage, due to its focus on treating the individual as a whole, mind body spirit, rather than concentrating on the physical conditions.

AFTER CARE ADVICE
Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins,at least 6-8 glasses a day. After massage you should go home, relax have a bath and go to bed early, will enhance the effects of the treatment.
Try and cut down on tea, coffee, alcohol and fast food etc.
