Causes of knee Injury
Many people suffer with knee problems, it can be associated with a long standing accident and trauma at some point in their life. Knee’s can also be affected by carrying to much weight and the diet plays a great part too, as new research shows that dairy products could be affecting the joints and knees. Acidic foods and citric fruits may be weakening the joints.

The knee’s can become swollen, stiff and inflamed, as the knees don’t drain themselves and that’s where I come in, help is at hand.

Treatment for knees
I treat the affected area’s by hand, I massage the area’s freeing the fascia and opening up the blocked channels, freeing the toxins that may have built up through the years and allowing you to walk more easily.

Exercises are shown to support the treatment and should be practised every day at a steady pace, slow and easy.
