The method I am using is synthesized from several different techniques, using a gentle foot pressure and stretching movements over the body, with one foot at a time, all moves are controlled.

This techniques provides deep relaxation and stimulating the lymphatic system, central nervous system and circularity system and when working on the central nervous system its then working on all inner organs as they feed of the spine. Hence, healthy spine, healthy body, healthy mind. Gravical can be explained through its affects on the central nervous system, the pressure activates the healing conserving functions of the para sympathic branch of the nervous system, to calm the body over active flight of flight responses, known as stress giving the body space and time to heal itself. It’s a combination of assisted stretching techniques some which are common to other therapies, art of healing.

It’s so relaxing!

After the treatment I recommend you sustain from lifting heavy objects, as your body is still in the healing process and drink plenty of water, to eliminate the organic waste and it’s advisable to rest. The therapy is especially appropriate for back pain, scoliosis, kyposes, lordosis, sciatica, and whiplash. At the end of the treatment the client is shown a few simple exercises, to be practiced 3-4 times a week, as this is a vital part of the program to help keep the spine aligned.
