My Journey and Experiences of discovering my true purpose in life.

I have always been fascinated by the holistic approach to life since childhood, having being inspired by my dear mother with her natural remedies, that have influenced me till today. My inner massaging touch has always been apart of me since childhood, where my twin sister and I regularly took turns to massage one other before going to sleep. My love and passion for ballet dancing and music as a child, led me to learn and teach the art of aerobics in 1995. In 1998, I then moved to London and worked in direct sales and this is where I found my feet, so to speak.

Having an accident some time ago led to back pain. naturally, I searched for the holistic approach and found something quite different, a massage involving the feet. My first encounter with a fully clothed holistic foot massage, was on a bed back in 2000. The therapist had supported himself by placing his hands against the ceiling, whilst treating the entire body with various foot movements, which I found to be very therapeutic. It was this experience that then led me on to the next progression towards healing; inspiring me to share this wonderful experience with friends and family, on having received lots of wonderful feedback.

After treating a very good friend and great healer, he then invited me to come and give Sava (free treatments) at a healing centre. Whilst at the centre, it came to me to treat in a different way, as I had started to develop my very own techniques. I treated on the floor using a mat, where the clients were fully clothed, treating and healing whole families aging from junior to senior. I was then asked to treat a young lady diagnosed with scoliosis, back in 2004 and the following year later, “I had then received a letter thanking me for helping her with her back pain”. I was delighted and intrigued with the outcome and then wanted to have more of an understanding of what I was treating and healing and how the body works.

In 2006 I then took a course in Anatomy, Physiology and also Holistic massage. I looked for something similar using the feet and with the qualifications they then enabled me to embark upon this training course, known as Chavutti in Goa with Helen Noakes. Plunging into the traditions and rituals of this old and ancient art, we treated with the feet using oils. This wonderful experience gave me an insight into other holistic methods.

In 2008, I had made a decision to focus on my true calling, the healing. At that particular time, I was then inspired to take photos and measurements of my client’s backs and their feet, at the beginning and the end of the treatment. My clients would grow 1/2 inches on the first visit and I was now able to visually see and monitor their progress. This then enabled me to show the client’s their alignment and progression of the treatment. Now that was what I had been looking for!!

In 2010 I completed a City and Guilds training course in preparation for the teaching of The H.N.J Body Realignment Method. March 2011, I then completed the syllabus for the training and was validated by I.P.T.I. Also that same year, I launched my first ever show the festival of light, in Western Supermere, where I had treated and held a discussion on the treatment and a 30 minuets demonstration, with a member of the audience. The second was held at the Olympia. The Mind Body Soul show and I repeated everything, only better and then was spotted by the Mind Body Spirit show, who invited me to exhibit at the Horticultural centre. I found this building was filled with amazing energy – simply inspiring! I had a fantastic response and so much gratitude from my clients and my diary book full of appointments. Following my successes in 2012, I was then invited again and offered a bigger stand which really captured the public.

In 2013 I was fortunate to travel and on my journey I fell in love with a small fishing port in Puerto Marelus, an absolute paradise situated in Mexico. Whilst I was there, I was invited to treat and give free sava in a centre for elders. So many had a frozen shoulder and some even had two. I learned about the Mayan native culture and their healings. I was made to feel at home right away, such warm and friendly souls. I had some pretty amazing experiences and ended up staying there for 1 year. I also met some interesting travellers from many countries. I am so grateful for all the love and help I received whilst there. I will always have a strong connections with the Mayan community.

My Philosophy

Why are children developing scoliosis? Contributing factors could be; the fast pace of life, wrong diet, lifting heavy school bags, when teenagers are experiencing growth spurts.

My theory ideally, is to treat children at an early age, as operations should be the very last resort.

My mission, is to teach as many practitioners as possible, as I know this is one of the therapies for this century and centuries to com. Ideally, one person in each home should be able to treat the family. And help re-educate the public towards a pain free and drug free world.

Because of my own experiences, I searched and tried many therapies; I never gave up hope and strongly believe there is an answer for everything in life. One of the most prevalent diseases today is back pain, which could be the contributing factors of spinal misalignment.

I am inspired by our creator and this gift is to help many and I truly feel that the treatment belongs to the universe, as I am just the overseer and merely a channel. This is my purpose in life and I am truly honour that I can give and receive such blessings from the service.

My vision is to be involved in the opening of free holistic healing centres worldwide.

My Ethics

I don’t treat clients with disk problems, back operations or fused hips, cancer, varicose veins, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis or any undiagnosed pain. Clients would see their GP in those circumstances. I respect the privacy of my clients: always placing the clients needs first. I explain the treatments, before and after effects.
