Welcome and Introduction

Thank you for choosing to learn and share with me the most interesting and rewarding, H. N. J. Body Realignment Method. Over the term of this course, you will learn how to use, comprehensively, professionally and successfully every aspect of this method. You will observe and feel your feet awaken, as you train your body to move in a completely different way. We will be covering interesting and relevant topics, such as the right posture, pressure and pressure points, stretching exercises for the therapist and client and the use of a camera in the practice. As well as receiving a full training in every aspect of the H. N. J. Body Realignment Method, (by foot pressure).

Laughter and lightness is compulsory!!

Course Requirements

Arched feet, reasonably fit and a willingness to learn will be good. Nine case studies of people chosen by yourself will be included in the course. You will be required to give a minim of five treatments or more to each client X-rays, scans of your clients, where possible. Case study sheets will be given to record your observations. After the 4th day, all students will revise for a Practical mock exam, to be held 2 months later. Successful applicants with at least 85%, will be able to continue their case studies, the rest will be offered more training. A full assessment will be held, after completion of the course, where you will demonstrate the H. N. J. Body Realignment Method on one of your case study clients. 85% or over to pass the final Theory and Practical exams, dates will be arranged. You will need to have relevant experience to attend the Post-Graduate course. Two qualifications such as: I, T, E, C, or above level. Anatomy and Physiology, Holistic massage, Holistic massage, by foot pressure, nursing, physiotherapists, or medical doctor, other complementary therapists, including Chiropractors, Osteopaths, or similar are required.

Appropriate clothing

A loose tee- shirt and comfortable trousers that can easily be rolled up. Clean feet! No long nails! You will be receiving continued support and constructive feedback.

Courses will be held at The Study Society Colet House Filled with amazing energy. I have chosen this venue to teach, as It is steeped in history .Was home to the Royal Ballet School with famous artists such as Margot Fonteyn and Russian ballet teacher Nicolia Legat . Sir Frank Brangwyn RA are just a few to mention and have all left there mark, so to speak!
